Most of us never know true hunger; at most, we may miss dinner and say were starving, but we never face the crisis of an empty kitchen and crying children as so many Iraqi refugee families do. They have no money and must rely on intermittent charity to survive as they are not allowed to work here. We help them, through your generosity, by paying rent and utilities, and by making sure that they have food on their tables by providing them with Grocery Store Food Certificates that they can use at a supermarket to purchase food.
We need to feed families who have no other resource other than YOU.
Only $3.75 will feed 1 person for a week
The amount you might spend for 2 movie tickets will pay for food for an entire family for a month.
