The Center for Mind-Body Medicine (Or CMBM) was founded in 1991 in Washington D.C, United States of America. CMBM was founded with the goals to make self-care, self-awareness and mutual support common aspects of all healthcare. CMBM trains leaders in skills such as creative self-expression, meditation, and physiological self-awareness in programs such as CRP’s Mind-Body-Medicine program. These trained leaders then guide groups in high-trauma communities around the world. CMBM strives to spread compassion and community-supported trauma-relief.
