For the past three months, I’ve been working to revitalize an old CRP project — the Collateral Repair Podcast.

And I’m thrilled to say that after all that hard work, with the help and support of this community… the first episode is finally here!

Season 2, Episode 1: “The Waiting Station,” features interviews with Ali, a member of Amman’s Iraqi community, and Amanda Lane, our executive director. This first episode is a preview of what’s to come this season: a deep dive into the solutions available (or not so much) to refugees in Jordan. Return. Integration. Resettlement. Or can we imagine new pathways, new solutions, too?

As of today, S2 E1 is available on Spotify. We’ll be working in the coming weeks to bring it to you on other platforms, such as Apple, Google, YouTube, and Anghami.

Keep an eye out for a new episode every two weeks! Our next episode will focus on the lives of Syrian refugees in Amman, specifically in CRP’s neighborhood of Hashemi Shamali

But for now, enjoy the first episode of our new season! And as always, we’d love to know what you think. Did the episode resonate with you? Did it lead you to new questions? I’m looking forward to hearing from you.
